- 02Detailed quoteWithin 3 business days — We come to the site, take measurements, and deliver a written, itemized quote.
- 03Contract & scheduleWeek 1–2 — We use a plain-English contract. No legalese. Deposit is 10%. You get a firm build start date before you sign anything.
- 04BuildWeek 2 onward — We pull all permits, manage every sub, and send you a written update every Friday. You don't chase us.
- 05Final walkthroughProject close — We walk every inch with you before we call it done. Punch list completed within 5 business days.
